Summary:
As a Business Architect, your day involves engaging deeply with client organizations to uncover opportunities that drive measurable business value. You lead comprehensive evaluations of existing processes and systems to understand the current landscape. By collaborating with stakeholders, you identify overarching customer needs and conceptualize business solutions that align with strategic goals. You also develop compelling business cases that support the realization of these opportunities, ensuring that the envisioned outcomes are clearly articulated and achievable. Your role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business objectives and practical implementation strategies, fostering alignment across diverse teams and functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business requirements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance their professional growth.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to inform business architecture approaches.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and solution designs.
- Experience in developing business cases and strategic plans that support organizational goals.
- Capability to work collaboratively in dynamic environments and adapt to evolving project demands.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
