Role: Veterinary Receptionist
Location: Wilbury Vets, Hove, East Sussex
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Job type: Permanent, full-time
Hours: 38 hours per week (on average) including 1:4 Saturday mornings, 8am – 1pm. Weekday shifts will be variable within practice opening hours.
Closing date 1st of October 2024.
Wilbury Vets are a unique, boutique veterinary practice looking for a dynamic individual that wants to create a fabulous client experience every day!
Role and responsibilities:
This is a client-facing role, so you will need to be confident answering the phone, communicating with clients (and their pets!) face-to-face and writing well-constructed e-mails.
We are looking for someone that enjoys working collaboratively as part of an excellent team to provide an outstanding service.
The ideal candidate will have previous receptionist experience in a similar industry, but we will consider applicants with other customer service experience.
We consider this role to be a career choice, not just a job. As such, we invest fully in our staff: Your training will consist of internal coaching, external courses and being made a member of the British Veterinary Receptionist Association (BVRA), so a love of learning and a desire to grow within the role are important.
We also enjoy frequent team nights-out and practice treats!
