Accounts Receivable Agent

Primary Responsibilities

  • Processes accounts receivable transactions, enters payment data in Curtiss Wright accounting systems, performs 3-way match for Invoice distribution, reconciles customer accounts, uploads batches of receivables transactions, codes to correct general ledger accounts. And generates and review reports thru a defined frequency of CW invoices to collect from customers.
  • Verifies proper authorization and documentation.
  • Handles month end Receivable closing activities accurate and in timely manner.
  • Processes and reconciles CW customer statements.
  • Prepares, preliminary payments reports, bank reconciliations and analyse aging report, etc.
  • Carries out duties in compliance with company policies and business rules.
  • Researches issues and follow up with customers and internal contacts as required. Attends meetings with business units representatives as needed.
  • Assists with other general accounting and finance tasks as needed.
  • Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Ability to prioritize workload and effectively manage multiple deadlines with defined quality.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding of general accounting principles and practices.  
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational skills as well as Attention to details. 
  • Bi - B2 English profisency.
  • Team work oriented.
  • Proactive and customer service oriented (internal and external)
  • Ability to adapt and respond to changing to work situation and environments.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience with accounting systems such as SAP or Oracle or other ERPs, a plus.
  • Proven and demonstrable relevant job experience, a plus.

Minimum Education Requirements

Technical degree, or advanced studies in business administration, finance , accounting or other related fields.

It is possible to constitute exceptions to either the academic training or the level of fluency in English, if the candidate demonstrates great skills in other areas evaluated or has proven experience that qualifies him or her for the position.
