Your role at Clorox:

We are looking for our next Professional Services and IT Procurement Intern to join the LATAM Procurement team.
This role will support the sourcing and supplier management processes across Professional Services and IT categories — including Consulting, Legal, HR, R&D, Facilities, Travel and IT (Saas, software, hardware, cloud, and consulting)— helping ensure value creation, cost efficiency, and operational excellence across multiple business units in Latin America.
The intern will collaborate closely with the regional procurement managers and cross-functional stakeholders to assist in supplier negotiations, contract management, process optimization, and spend analysis, while gaining exposure to strategic procurement practices in a multinational environment.

In this role, you will:

• Support the execution of sourcing activities across Professional Services and IT categories.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) processes, including supplier communication, quotation analysis, and documentation to support commercial evaluations and contract negotiations.
• Contribute to supplier management and operational procurement activities by maintaining supplier databases, tracking contract status, and monitoring compliance with Procurement and Legal requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Professional Services and IT categories to ensure alignment with procurement policies, data privacy (DPA), and third-party risk management (TPRM) frameworks.
• Prepare analytical reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to provide insights into spend, supplier performance, and process efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, helping to standardize templates, streamline approval workflows (e.g., Contract Intake, Ariba CLM, MyBuy), and document best practices for the region.

What we look for:

Students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields, with advanced English proficiency and strong analytical and Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis).

Experience with SAP, Ariba, Power BI, or other ERP systems is a plus. We seek candidates who are organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.

You should be proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working with diverse teams in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Availability to work in a hybrid model from our San Isidro office is required.
