Position Summary...

About Team:
Talent Acquisition (Campus Recruiting)

This role will be responsible for executing on key talent attraction strategies and initiatives across target schools. Additionally, key responsibility of this role will also be to partner with all business stakeholders and providing end to end campus recruiting partnership.


What you will do:

    • Maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks. 

    • Partner with the business to forecast the campus hiring needs for the year - Full Time, Summer Interns and Seasonal Hires 

    • Designing and implementing recruitment strategies such as events and social media campaigns. 

    • Managing and conducting test assessments and interviews with shortlisted candidates. Effectively liaise with all stakeholders to drive campus hiring events.  

    • Adapt to the dynamic on-campus environment and find creative solutions to unforeseen challenges. 

    • Track progress through the season and re-strategize campus recruiting plans as required. 

    • Help formulate and conceptualize a more structured internship program and being involved in the intern conversion process.  

    • Managing all administrative tasks such as updating recruitment databases, hiring profiles, and applicant documentation. 

    • Ensures seamless on - boarding process of all hires offer letter generation, BGV process and start date schedule partnering with all preboarding stakeholders. 

    • Researching hiring trends and compiling recruitment reports and presentations. 

    • Hosting and attending college career days and conferences. 



What you will bring:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar. 

    • 5-7 years in recruiting domain with 3+ years in campus recruiting.   

    • Sound understanding of the recruitment process and university databases. 

    • Excellent marketing and advertising abilities. 

    • Highly charismatic with excellent interpersonal communication skills. 

    • Experience with designing and conducting interviews. 

    • Good judge of character and decision-making skills. 

    • Great networking abilities. 

    • Sound knowledge of recruitment practices and keeping up to date with trends.
