PRN Receptionist – day shift (Crittenton Children’s Center)

The Opportunity:

Saint Luke’s (Crittenton Children’s Center) in Kansas City, MO is seeking a PRN Receptionist to provide coverage for the front desk. 

Shift Details: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, PRN (on call as needed).

The Work:

The PRN Receptionist is the initial, positive contact point for patient and customer encounters.

• Answer questions visitors may have.

• Duties include basic office procedures, telephone and face-to-face customer communications, and other clerical duties to support the patient care areas

• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner

• Receive deliveries

• Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed

• Maintain the reception area

Requirements:

• 1 year of relevant experience in an office environment

• Medical office receptionist experience preferred but not required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong phone skills

• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance

• Excellent customer service skills

• Punctual with strong attendance history
