Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the software meets the evolving needs of users while adhering to best practices in software development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. - Experience in application development and maintenance across various platforms. - Familiarity with software testing methodologies to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, promoting inclusivity and diverse perspectives. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
