Hello there. We’re Zopa.
We started our journey back in 2005, building the first ever peer-to-peer lending company. Fast forward to 2020 and we launched Zopa Bank. A bank that listens to what our customers don’t like about finance and does the opposite. We’re redefining what it feels like to work in finance. The Service Challenge: Engineering Zopa’s Digital Workplace
At Zopa, technology is central to everything we do — helping our people collaborate, innovate, and deliver brilliant experiences. Our Workplace Technology team ensures every Zopian has the tools and support they need to do their best work. If you’re driven by solving complex problems, collaborating across teams, and using automation to make systems smarter, this role is for you.
As an IT Services Engineer, you’ll take ownership of how Zopa’s workplace technology evolves. You’ll design, implement, and support solutions across Microsoft 365, Intune, Okta, Zoom, Jamf, Jira, and Confluence — with a focus on automation, scalability, and efficiency. You’ll work closely with InfoSec, Networking, and Platform Engineering to deliver secure, reliable, and seamless IT services while championing innovation and continuous improvement.

We value face-to-face collaboration and a good work-life balance. This hybrid role requires you to come to our Manchester office 2-3 days a week. (WeWork, Dalton Place, 29 John Dalton Street, M2 6WF.)
