Responsibilities
• Serve as the lead strategist for Walmart Connect’s Emerging Technology Partner teamto drive adoption of products and ad spend
• Increase team reach, impact and effectiveness by identifying opportunities to automate and scale
• Coordinate and collaborate across teams to drive high impact initiatives and opportunities to accelerate partner and advertiser growth
• Drive product adoption and provide ongoing education about new and existing Walmart Connect ad products across Emerging Technology Partners
• Consult with Walmart Connect sales and account management teams whose advertisers are utilizing partners
• Be the advocate for Sales to both assist in the development of growth strategies for partners, advertisers and suppliers
• Work with Sales Enablement teams to set goals, actively measure impact of initiatives and ensure alignment with broader business teams
• Work closely with our product team on product requirements, vision and roadmap to support scaled partner management and support
• Track, analyze, and report key quantitative metrics both day-to-day and in quarterly business review format
• Identify trends,evolving needs, and resources to improve efficiency
Minimum Qualification
• 7-10 years of client-facing experience in business development, partnerships, and/or product management for search, ecommerce marketplace
• Ability to develop and get alignment for strategic plans in a new space
• Ability to translate complexity into action plans and communication in a succinct manner
• Ability to work cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally/externally
• Experience leading performing teams and mentoring others
• High analytical skill set
• Ability to achieve and exceed goals anddeadlines
• Project management experience, including multitasking to lead and execute multiple projects in parallel
• BA/BS with excellent academic performance (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualification
• 10+ years of client-facing experience in business development, partnerships, and/or product management for search, ecommerce marketplace• Knowledge of advertising, ad tech, retail, and partnerships
• Experience working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• MBA
• Passion for building great products, startups, developer/partner ecosystem and the business of innovation
• Ability to succinctly and easily explain ad tech language and ideas to a retail/merchant organization
• Experience working with large datasets

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
