Micron Non-Volatile Memory Quality and Reliability Assurance (NVMQRA) team under Global Quality organization is responsible to ensure quality and reliability targets of mNAND products are met. NVMQRA develops and implements robust qualification process flow and methodologies, aligning to recognized industrial standards as well as fostering zero-defect approach. Description 

As a QRA MNAND Hardware and Software Engineer at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for developing, debugging and maintain the hardware and software used in qualification and reliability processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You, also, will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality and performance of our products.  

The main key points can be summarized as follows: 

  • Generate Quality/Reliability Test Flows. 

  • Design and execute hardware and software tests to validate product performance. 

  • Perform Device Reliability and Characterization. 

  • Analyze Test Failures to Determine the Actual Cause of Failure. 

  • Maintain and update test equipment and software tools. 

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to enable new equipment / tools capability. 

 

Skills, competencies, attitudes: 

  • Programming experience in common programming languages. 

  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks. 

  • Knowledge of electronic circuits. 

  • Good multi-tasking and problem-solving skills. 

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a cross-cultural international team environment. 

  • Availability to travel abroad. 

  • Good level both verbal and written English skills 

 

Desired Skills Include: 

  • 2 or 3 years of experience  in similar position will be evaluated  with high consideration. 

  • Be customer-oriented. 

  • Specific ability to program in  C, C++ or  PYTHON is a plus. 

  • Experience with lab tools: Logic analyzers, oscilloscopes. 

  • Ability to analyze problems, diagnose root cause, and apply corrective actions. 

  • Knowledge of data analysis and statistical tools. 

 

Education:   

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer/Electronic Engineering, Physics or equivalent is required. 

  • Technical high school diploma with proven experience in similar position.
