Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards (regional exposure is an advantage).
  • Solid experience supporting merit and bonus cycles and working with market survey providers (Mercer or similar).
  • LICENCES & CERTIFICATES: Total Rewards / Compensation certification (e.g., WorldatWork, Mercer or similar) is a plus.
  • Experience supporting multi‑country stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
  • Experience with HRIS/HR analytics tools; Workday preferred
  • Role supports SEA + Japan, and may require occasional travel depending on business needs.
  • Able to start work immediately is a plus.
  • Local hire preferred (already based in Malaysia).
