Lead end-to-end supply chain management project lifecycles, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to building project management capabilities and supply chain expertise within the SCM organization of FFT.
Foster Lean thinking in the SCM organization; drive adoption of process improvements, technology implementations, and performance enhancements.
Drive digitalization initiatives in SCM, including development and delivery of dashboards and evaluation of AI applications.
Manage stakeholder engagement and communications, ensuring alignment across business units, operations, and external partners.
Oversee project budgets and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of funds and personnel.
Implement risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate potential project issues.
Facilitate change management activities, including training programs, communication plans, and governance structures for project adoption.
Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of contracted services.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration (focus on Logistics), or equivalent qualification
8+years of experience
Lean certification (e.g., Green Belt)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management within supply chain environments
Thorough understanding of material master data and product lifecycle
Advanced controlling and financial analysis skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong SAP and jFAST competencies
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and robotic process automation (BOTs)
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
