1、根据中央市场策略及区域情况制定区域策略及行动计划；高效执行区域市场计划，确保信息有效传递至客户

2. 合理管理、使用并整合市场资源，洞悉并把握市场机会，提高资源有效性

3. 联合市场部，医学部及等跨部门团队重点推进在区域层面的重点项目有效落地

4. 培养全国/区域讲者及KOL，主动搭建区域学术平台

5. 掌握并熟悉领域专业知识，并赋能区域销售团队，提升区域团队的专业学术能力

6. 赋能区域的IEM团队理解和高效执行中央市场和区域市场策略
