About the Role:

Position Summary:

OSTTRA’s Senior Manager of Global Treasury is responsible for overseeing and optimizing OSTTRA’s global treasury and cash management operations. This role involves leading the development and execution of strategies to ensure effective liquidity management, efficient banking structures & treasury operations, and robust cash forecasting processes. The Senior Manager will report to Head of Treasury and collaborate with regional and business unit finance teams, manage relationships with global banking partners, and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement corporate banking and treasury strategies aligned with OSTTRA’s objectives.
  • Lead global cash management operations, including daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and intercompany funding.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize global cash flow, minimize idle balances, maximize return on surplus cash, and manage financial risk through effective hedging and investment management activities
  • Ensure efficient and secure treasury payment processing, including manual cash payments.
  • Oversee global bank account administration, signatory and KYC management, and maintain strong banking relationships to ensure optimal service quality and competitive pricing
  • Direct the implementation and maintenance of treasury management systems and digital banking platforms.
  • Establish and monitor internal controls over cash management activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage cash reconciliation processes, leveraging OSTTRA’s Treasury Management System and ERP.
  • Collaborate with Tax, Accounting, Legal, and regional finance teams to support cross-border cash movements and ensure alignment with global policies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on global cash positions, liquidity risks, and key performance indicators to executive leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global treasury team.

Qualifications:

General Competencies:

  • Deep understanding of global cash management, liquidity planning, and treasury operations.
  • Strong knowledge of international banking practices, regulations, and payment systems.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, capital markets, and investment management
  • Experience implementing and managing treasury management systems (e.g., Kyriba, SAP).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop diverse, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to compliance.

Education, Certificates and Licenses:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • ACA. ACCA, AMCT, CertICM, FCT, or similar qualification preferred.

Experience Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance, with at least 5 years in leadership role managing global operations.
  • Experience in PE back environment
  • Experience in a fast pace growing environment
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or similar certification preferred.
