Summary:

The Product Data Director will support the Chief Data Office in developing, implementing and executing accurate and timely Product data, reporting and analysis. This position:

  • Provides comprehensive and complex Product analysis

  • Manages preparation of Product reports and presentations

  • Presents to senior management and builds support for approach and delivery

  • Has in-depth knowledge of Product and financial systems and applications

  • Understanding of the data relations and interdependencies

  • Understands business partners' Product strategies and analytical needs

  • Works collaboratively across the enterprise, identifying best practices and process efficiencies

  • Develops enhanced processes to collect and manage Product data and defines methodologies to facilitate ongoing Product reporting and analysis.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Bank leadership on organizational priorities and longer-term strategic objectives

  • Define and execute roadmaps for enhancing Product data and analytics, potentially including new technology implementations

  • Develop effective relationship with Business stakeholders and Product managers to deliver on desired business objectives

  • Partner with executive management to develop new analytical solutions to provide business insights and drive efficiency

  • Motivate team members to deliver outstanding results and manage day to day activities

  • Effectively manage change, developing and implementing sustainable solutions

  • Deliver insightful Product reporting and analytics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required; preferably in Data Science or Finance

  • Masters of Business Admin preferred

  • 12+ years of Finance/Banking experience

  • 8+ years data, analytics and/or reporting experience

  • 5+ years manger experience

  • Experience with production systems and data warehouses

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Tableau, and other data systems and applications

  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills

  • Understanding of banking products, financial statements, performance measurement, risk management, data controls and data governance

The typical base pay range for this role is between $173K - $216K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
