We are seeking an experienced full-time Restaurant Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team at The Lakeside Restaurant, supporting daily operations and leading front-of-house service.

Set against the backdrop of Lake Beedelup, The Lakeside Restaurant delivers a memorable dining experience inspired by the Great Southern Forest Food & Wine region. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and Head Chef, this role plays a key part in delivering exceptional service and smooth service delivery.

What will you be doing?

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the leadership of our Food & Beverage operations by supervising service periods, leading the front-of-house team and ensuring service standards are consistently met.

In this role, you will:

• Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations and service periods

• Lead, coach and support Food & Beverage Attendants

• Assist with training, onboarding and ongoing development of staff

• Liaise closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service

• Ensure compliance with Liquor Licensing, OH&S and food safety standards

• Manage guest enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally

• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling and reconciliations

• Support rostering and staffing levels in line with operational needs

What are we looking for in you?

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate

• Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

• Willingness to obtain a National Police Check
