We are seeking an experienced full-time Restaurant Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team at The Lakeside Restaurant, supporting daily operations and leading front-of-house service.
Set against the backdrop of Lake Beedelup, The Lakeside Restaurant delivers a memorable dining experience inspired by the Great Southern Forest Food & Wine region. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and Head Chef, this role plays a key part in delivering exceptional service and smooth service delivery.

What will you be doing?
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the leadership of our Food & Beverage operations by supervising service periods, leading the front-of-house team and ensuring service standards are consistently met.
In this role, you will:
Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations and service periods
Lead, coach and support Food & Beverage Attendants
Assist with training, onboarding and ongoing development of staff
Liaise closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service
Ensure compliance with Liquor Licensing, OH&S and food safety standards
Manage guest enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally
Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling and reconciliations
Support rostering and staffing levels in line with operational needs
What are we looking for in you?
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
Willingness to obtain a National Police Check
