What You'll Do:

We are looking for a senior, strategic, and hands-on Solution Architect to lead the client-facing side of Commerce Analytics and Commerce Insights at Criteo. This person will translate client needs into clear analytical and solution pathways, connect those needs to the right Criteo products and programs, and shape how we position Commerce Analytics and Insights as a strategic capability.

This role will be the primary bridge between commercial teams, clients, Analytics, Product, and cross-functional stakeholders. The right candidate can move fluidly between strategic thinking and execution: understanding what clients are trying to achieve, framing the right approach, driving alignment, and ensuring strong delivery.

Success in this role means client needs are scoped clearly and early, Commerce Analytics and Insights work is prioritized against strategic value and feasibility, and internal teams stay aligned on what is being delivered, why it matters, and how success will be measured. Client-facing outputs should be relevant, actionable, and tightly connected to Criteo programs, while repeated asks should be translated into scalable approaches, documentation, or product inputs.

This role is not the primary owner of building pipelines, validating data logic, or defining metric methodology in depth. Its center of gravity is client need, strategic framing, orchestration, and execution leadership.

  • Own the strategic, client-facing layer of Commerce Analytics and Commerce Insights for selected opportunities and programs

  • Partner with commercial teams to understand client goals, business questions, and decision-making needs

  • Translate client asks into clear analytical scopes, deliverables, priorities, and execution plans

  • Connect client needs to the right Criteo capabilities, products, programs, and internal teams

  • Drive project management across multiple stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies

  • Frame the right problem before execution starts, challenging vague or oversized asks and turning them into focused, actionable workstreams

  • Help shape client-ready narratives around Commerce Analytics and Insights, including how outputs should be used in proposals, strategic discussions, and business growth conversations

  • Work closely with Data Science and Analytics partners to ensure requests are feasible, methodologically sound, and aligned with delivery timelines

  • Identify recurring client needs and convert them into scalable frameworks, repeatable workflows, or product feedback

  • Act as a strategic thought partner internally on where Commerce Analytics and Insights should evolve next

Who You Are:

  • Senior and strategic, with strong judgment in ambiguous, cross-functional environments

  • Comfortable working directly with clients, commercial teams, and senior internal stakeholders

  • Experience with data, SQL, Python and analytical concepts, even if not the primary hands-on builder

  • Strong project manager who can structure complex asks into practical next steps

  • Experience coordinating across commercial, product, technical, and analytical teams

  • Experience translating business problems into analytical or technical workstreams

  • Able to understand technical and analytical constraints without losing sight of business value

  • Strong communicator who can explain trade-offs, align stakeholders, and drive decisions

  • Curious, proactive, and hands-on; willing to go deep when needed rather than operating only at a high level

  • Able to think both in one-off client solutions and in scalable long-term models

  • Significant experience in analytics consulting, solution architecture, strategic analytics, adtech, commerce media, or a related client-facing analytical role

We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above. If your experience looks a little different from our requirements but you believe that you can still bring value to the role, we’d love to see your application!
