Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformation Manager to join our dynamic transformation team. This role will play a critical part in implementing and driving transformation strategies across the APAC region. The Transformation Manager will lead cross-functional projects, ensure successful change management, and help optimize business processes to drive long-term growth and agility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Regional Transformation Initiatives:
Work with the global transformation team and regional leaders to design, implement, and drive transformation projects across the APAC region. - Business Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process optimization within finance and business operations. Implement strategic changes to improve efficiency, agility, and overall performance. - Project and Change Management:
Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to execution and post-implementation. Develop change management plans to support adoption of new processes across multiple teams. - Collaborate Across Functions:
Partner with various teams (finance, operations, data analysis) and local business units to drive transformation initiatives and support business objectives. - Strategic Leadership:
Provide guidance and leadership to the local transformation team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Influence and engage stakeholders at all levels to support transformation initiatives. - Data-Driven Decision Making:
Leverage data and analytics to assess current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and track the success of transformation initiatives.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, project management, or transformation roles, with a proven track record of driving change.
- Strong background in finance and experience in managing large-scale projects with an APAC scope.
- Experience in transformation projects is highly preferred.
- Expertise in project management and change management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong data analysis capabilities and ability to use data-driven insights to influence business decisions.
Experience working in Big 4 companies or similar environments is a plus
