Revenue Operations & Enablement at hyperexponential

The Revenue Operations and Enablement Team at hyperexponential are driven by and focused on reducing friction and improving efficiency in the revenue generation process. We derive insights about performance and behaviour, we help to inform strategy, and we help identify opportunities which enable proactive decision-making. Finally, which this role is absolutely key for, we own and manage the technology stack used within the revenue organisation, specifically Sales and Customer Success, which includes system design, data strategy/governance, implementation, technical administration and integration.

Your mission

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager, GTM Systems to join our growing Revenue Operations & Enablement team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing tech stacks, in particular systems regularly deployed in SaaS companies, with a particular focus on Sales and Customer Success. As a Manager, GTM Systems, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless implementation, integration, optimisation, and management of our sales and customer success technology. Your role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, enhancing data integrity, and supporting the revenue goals of our organisation. You will leverage your project management and business analysis skills to map processes end-to-end and implement solutions that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

Tech Stack Management and Optimisation

  • Own, manage and maintain the sales and customer success systems, including Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, Cognism and other related tools.

  • Ensure systems are configured to meet the needs of the sales and customer success teams as well as supporting Marketing Operations, optimising workflows and automating processes where possible.

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience.

  • Own and resolve system support tickets logged be end users.

  • Own new hire user provisioning.

  • Manage tech stack contract renewals with external Procurement company up to point of renewal sign-off.

Tool Implementation & Integration:

  • Lead, manage projects and execute on system implementations, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and seamless data flow/cohesive system architecture.

  • Develop project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

  • Track project progress, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Process Improvement and Business Analysis:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within sales and customer success and in collaboration with marketing operations.

  • Map processes end-to-end, analyse current workflows, and implement solutions that align with business objectives.

  • Implement best practices and drive operational excellence.

Data Integrity and Reporting

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems by implementing data governance best practices.

  • Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies and ensure consistent data quality.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, in particular Central Functions, to ensure revenue org is fully aligned on company data requirements and goals

Enablement Collaboration and support:

  • Work very closely with and provide training and support to Revenue Enablement so they can deliver end user training.

  • Create and update training materials, user guides, and SOPs to assist team members in effectively utilising the systems.

Key requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing systems in a SaaS environment, with a strong focus on sales and customer success platforms.

  • Salesforce Administrator certified, Salesforce Developer and/or Salesforce CPQ skill-set favourable.

  • Administrator level proficiency and strong understanding of technology, process and metrics used by sales and customer success teams in SaaS businesses in particular Gainsight, Gong & Cognism

  • Proven experience in system integration, data management, and process automation.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated business analysis skills, including process mapping and end-to-end workflow analysis.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support non-technical users.
