AT A GLANCE

The Performance Team is within the Direct Ad Sales group at Healthline Media. We're responsible for driving Healthline's growth through monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing against data to remain a best in class performer. We love data, enjoy solving problems, are solution oriented, and have a fun time getting there.

As a Manager on the team, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights to drive success and to prove the effectiveness of our client programs while closely collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The team is also responsible for all data and analytics including cross-channel measurement, audience analytics, content and advertising insights, and optimizations. You will work closely on client deliverables, process and efficiency improvements, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to find new opportunities to reach qualified audiences at scale. You will also be client-facing and deliver presentations on data and campaign performance.

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our New York City office in Union Square on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with account leads (Strategy, Client Services, Sales, Marketing) to understand true client goals and ultimate measures of campaign success. 
  • Drive campaign performance calls and present quarterly performance reviews to clients/partners in person and/or virtual.
  • Work extensively with data sets from a variety of data sources (DCM, GAM, Google Analytics, comScore, Crossix, IQVIA) to ensure the timely adjustment/optimization of campaigns while providing actionable insights and recommendation to clients. 
  • Collaborate closely with multiple teams to inform product strategies fueled by performance data. 
  • Prescriptive/predictive analytics leveraging 1P data as well as 3rd Party Advanced Analytics data from vendors like IQVIA, Crossix, comScore, etc.
  • Process raw data into usable formats to support analysis that delivers key insights
  • Provide case studies and benchmarking reports for Sales, Strategy, Marketing and Client Services.

What We’re Looking For

  • Have 3+ years of experience in a professional environment; in media, analytics, advertising, digital.
  • At least 1+ year management experience
  • Understanding of basic digital marketing/media concepts & media math
  • You are passionate about turning data into impactful stories that educate clients! You'll build strong, collaborative relationships and become a trusted resource, helping our partners make smarter decisions and achieve their goals.
  • Proven track record collaborating across functions to drive results
  • Must be an Excel expert, proficient in advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, and automation techniques using formulas and macros
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Looker or any other data visualization tools
  • A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations
  • You can manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, have a knack for understanding and communicating with a variety of personalities, and possess a go-getter mindset
  • You don't take no for an answer and always enjoy finding an opportunity or solution to any problem
  • You thrive in an environment where you can participate, make real change, push yourself, and work independently
  • You're collaborative, curious, and creative
  • Basic knowledge of programming code is a plus

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $98,000.00 - $120,000.00
    *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
