Job Description

We are seeking a proficient data entry, 10-key specialist to join our deposit processing center at 5065 Wooster Road, Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a permanent, 25-hour position that is eligible for full-time benefits.

Performs a variety of document processing and record keeping tasks associated with customer accounts that includes both physical paper and electronic deposits. Functions include preparing physical items for processing on capture devices, performing data perfection/data entry on deposit transactions that require correction, filing/retrieving items as needed, balancing tasks, and other duties as assigned. Tasks are performed in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Responsibilities may also include customer service duties such as answering customer inquiries, resolving customer problems and responding to internal and external customer requests for information. Variety and complexity of tasks will vary based on employee expertise and grade level.

Set schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00am-3:00pm

Salary starts at $20 per hour, however, may be higher based on data-entry and 10-key experience at time of offer.

Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- One to two years of related work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Ability to perform multiple tasks
- Strong PC skills
- Proficient and accurate 10 key/data entry skills
- Physical requirements could include lifting trays of work, pushing carts of work, standing or sitting for extended periods of time, and repetitive data entry

- Ability to work within strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong prioritization and organization skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to identify, analyze and resolve exceptions through data interpretation

- Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and department policies, procedures, products and support systems
- Proven commitment to high quality customer service
- Ability to work well with external and internal customers
- Good time management skills to maximize production and execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $20.00 - $20.00 - $22.00
