Compensation for this role is 65 000 PLN - 70 000 PLN

How You’ll have an Impact: 

Specialist, Carrier Operations works in partnership with or under the guidance of a specific experienced Carrier Sales Rep/Team within North America (NA) to assist with operations tied to the coverage of freight, carrier lead generation, and other tasks that help support the growth and efficiency of our NA Carrier Network. The job of a this position is to assist the NA Carrier Sales team in helping to manage new and existing carrier relationships, perform daily operational tasks such as tracking and incident resolution, and expand RXO digital footprint within our network of carriers. A Specialist, Carrier Operations, should thrive in an operational role, be proactive and proficient at problem solving, practice effective communication skills, and display a positive attitude at work.

Essential Functions:

  • Support North America Carrier Sales Reps/Teams in supporting the growth of existing carriers’ book of business through the assistance of core daily operations such as tracking, incident resolution, and beyond.
  • Assist with call-in lines for load updates/escalations.
  • Assist with dispatching carriers and tracking freight for your Sales Rep/Team to ensure on-time pick-up and deliveryand communicate all updates or delays.
  • Update and resolve incidents when possible and escalate any compliance issues.
  • Assist in making sure receipts, invoices, and proofs of delivery are submitted in a timely manner or uploaded on RXO Connect or Freight Optimizer
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external contacts in a professional manner
