- Support production in term of process to fix daily problem in production.
- Initial troubleshooting on prime build and provide data to engineer if required next step FA.
- Initial review and verify incoming part if fail in production.
- Provide disposition for routine failure part to avoid holding unit for engineer disposition.
- Solve on basic and routine issues.
- prepare and summary shipping report for FG and RMA.
- Online support to minimize line down cause from failure unit especially during non-office time.
- Monitor process parameters as per assign by process engineer.
- Support equipment set up, alignment ,buyoff as per PE assignment.
