The Role

Servers are responsible to provide exceptional guest service to the Club Members by greeting guests, taking food and drink orders and promoting a great dining experience.

Essential Job Functions

• Responsible for setting up and maintaining feast items
• Responsible for taking food and beverage orders from guests
• Demonstrates a knowledge of menu and or feast items and features
• Take food orders, making note of anu special needs
• Demonstrates and follows all rules and regulations regarding alcohol service
• Keeps the work area clean and sufficiently stocked
• Secures payment for food and beverage orders
• Provides outstanding customer service
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to interact with co-workers in order to ensure compliance with company service standards
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be fluent in English
• Must be available to work an irregular schedule
• Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume club or restaurant

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision
