Job Description Summary:
The Vascular Sonographer Educator is responsible for the development, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of vascular ultrasound education programs to ensure clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and accreditation readiness. This role provides educational leadership and hands-on instruction to vascular sonographers, trainees, and interdisciplinary staff while supporting quality improvement, competency assessment and evidence-based practice. This position is intended to supervise, coordinate and maintain a high-quality vascular ultrasound teaching program across all OhioHealth campuses.Responsibilities And Duties:

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Registered by ARDMS or CCI RVT or RVS registration Knowledge of IAC vascular testing accreditation standards and quality requirements, 5-10 years’ experience in designated clinical area, experience with competency assessment, orientation and continuing education, strong communication, coaching and facilitation skills, experience with quality assurance, peer review and performance improvement initiatives.
