Job Description:
The Financial Technology (FinTech) Supervisor manages the daily support and maintenance of the financial systems. This role supports UPS users globally and serves as liaison between users, technical support teams, and developers for system enhancements and production issues. The FinTech provides system requirements, designs and develops logic, and tests enhancements for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications as well as projects. This position may supervise specialists and administrative assistants along with other supervisors in the UPS FinTech department.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,560.00/year in our lowest geographic market up to $130,800.00/per year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including, but not limited to market location, and may vary depending on the job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
