We are hiring a Research Scientist/Associate for a credibility assessment project. The research scientist will perform a variety of functions related to research. The candidate is expected to work closely with the project team to perform task assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct literature search and conceptualize theories to methodology

• Conduct qualitative and/or quantitative data analysis

• Lead in project technical work

• Liaise with academic collaborators to review project progress

• Write research deliverable reports, publications and present findings

• Present research findings to funders or defense partners 

Job Requirements:

• PhD or master’s in psychology and its equivalent

• At least 3 years of experience in psychology research work, preferably dealing with polarized individuals and identification of people at risk

• Prior experience with qualitative data analysis

• Possesses good knowledge in MS office or Altas/NVivo

• Good writing skills for writing proposals, reports and publications in good academic journals

• Possesses good time management skills

• Strong team player with ability to learn and work independently
