Job Description Summary:

This position works under the direction of a Registered Nurse and Virtual Health Leadership . This position is to ensure consistent and appropriate oversight of a patient demonstrating behaviors that put him/her at risk for treatment interruption, or a nonviolent patient with frequent needs for assistance.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School or GED (Required)

BLS to be completed in orientation Customer Service Skills Effective communication skills Ability to focus on a particular subject or task for an extended period of time Ability to analyze, synthesize patient care information to formulate patient specific care recommendations Minimum of one years Experience in healthcare or service related industry is preferred.
