• Manage execution and planning

(0-36month horizon) monthly cycle incl. budget in collaboration with critical material mgmt.

• Material Planning & Ordering

• Ensuring availability and right amount of coverage of third-party materials, by collaborating with supplier & Critical Material Manager

• Ensure correct SAP PRs and correct conversations into POs.

• Ensure order process is in line with Sanofi standards.

• Ensure correct planning parameters.

• Material availability

物料可用性管理

• Safeguards material availability by assessing OTIF of purchased materials.

• Monitor potential expiring risk.

监控潜在的物料过期风险

• Collaborate with quality to ensure timely material release.

• Ensure correct inventory levels compared to targets.

• Supplier Coordination & Risk Mgmt.

• Ensure deviations in supply plan are managed and followed up

• Follow up with Critical Materials Manager (GSP)

• S&OP with critical suppliers / GSP critical raw material supplier

• Data Mgmt. & Continuous improvement

• Ensure the reliability and optimization of SAP/MRP systems and master data to enhance material planning performance.

• Performance and Continuous Improvement initiatives related to material planning (e.g., optimized lead times, reduced shortages, inventory targets)

• As a Supply Chain DS (Data Steward), support the Material Master Data project by ensuring that all material master data maintenance activities are executed according to the new processes during the project period, while guaranteeing data accuracy.

• Master Data Steward of SAP system for Materials

• Tracks data accuracy, availability, security, and takes actions to improve it in coordination with business and CI

• Oversees data lifecycle management (creation of data objects, maintenance and deletion/obsoletion)

• Provides data handling training and support.

• Synergy with Global CMM team to achieve MSEP grid update and road map follow-up.

• Define Site CMM master plan & road map.

About you 任职资格:

• Experience: Strong background in Supply Chain & Material Planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, with proven track record of scheduling and aligning stakeholders；Profound knowledge in supplier management and development options, Proficient knowledge with planning & ERP systems, with the ability to derive recommendation out of provided data, Ability to engage and collaborate with multiple partners within site and global functions

工作经验：在供应链和物料计划方面拥有丰富的背景，最好是在制药行业，具有调度和协调利益相关者的良好记录；在供应商管理和开发选项方面拥有丰富的知识，精通计划和 ERP 系统的知识，具有推导能力根据提供的数据提出建议，能够与站点和全球职能范围内的多个合作伙伴进行互动和协作

• Soft skill: Good at interpersonal skill, presentation skill, communication skill and problem-solving skill etc.

• Technical skill: At least 5 years work experiences in an international pharmaceutical company with solid experience and knowledge of material management. Strong skill of data analysis; Proficient in MRP/MPS business process of SAP system.

专业技能：5年以上外资制药企业物料管理方面经验；有较强的数据分析能力; 熟练掌握SAP系统MRP/MPS业务流程.

• Education: Bachelor degree or above is preferred

教育背景: 本科及以上者优先

• Languages: Fluent in listening, speaking, reading &writing, hold CET4 and above language certificate is preferred

语言要求: 听说读写熟练，持有大学英语四级或以上证书者优先
