Job Description

You will develop one or a combination of general accounting systems. You will prepare journal entries, maintain and reconcile ledger accounts. You will provide record of assets, liabilities and other financial transactions. You will balance books periodically and prepare profit and loss, income and balance sheet statements. You will maintain receipts and disbursement reports. You will report to the ACCOUNTING, TEAM LEAD in Brazil.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and post accruals
  • Perform system tests
  • Control & Analysis of leases contracts
  • Accounting entries
  • Balance sheet account reconciliations: Liabilities and assets
  • Internal & External Audit Support
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Degree in accounting (complete)
  • Intermediate Excel, including lookup/vlookup/xlookup/sumifs/pivot table
  • Previous accounting experience
  • Intermediary English
  • Lean thinking
  • Knowledge in SAP

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Knowledge in Costar
  • Advanced Excel – Macro/VBA, Power BI
