Your Day to Day
As a Staff Product Manager, you are highly outcome oriented and would be working on:
Delivery --- Work closely with engineering and UX. Unblock bottlenecks, prioritize according to user needs and business goals. Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate work groups to ensure they’re met.
Discovery --- Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build-vs.-integrate perspective.
Ideation --- Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans. Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation.
Stakeholder communication --- Listen to feedback from sales, care, and customers, communicate timelines and scopes clearly. Report on usage and business metrics.
What We’re Looking For
As a Staff Product Manager, your background will look like:
You are passionate about customers and have experience solving real problems that deliver real business outcomes.
4+ years of experience in a similar role working with Engineering and UX in an enterprise-grade B2B environment.
Nice to have but not essential, experience working with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) as design partners to build business cases.
Good technical understanding. Let’s be clear, this is not an engineering role, but an important bridge between the customer, engineering, and the rest of the business.
Very good English, both verbal and written.
Experience navigating across functional areas to solve problems.
Experience with product data tools (Amplitude, Tableau, or similar platforms).
