This is a physically active position that combines technical work with customer service. Team members spend time both inside the service area and outdoors performing hitch installations, inspecting equipment, assisting customers, and preparing rental equipment. Work involves using hand and power tools, operating around vehicles, and following all required safety procedures, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment.
The position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and working with tools throughout the day. Team members must be able to lift and move at least 50 pounds, with or without assistance. The role also involves working in a variety of weather conditions and safely moving trucks, trailers, and other equipment around the property.
If you enjoy hands-on work, learning valuable technical skills, and being part of a team that helps customers travel safely and confidently, we'd love to have you join the U-Haul team.
