This role sits within Nike’s Greater China (GC) Talent Acquisition organization, partnering across Nike, Converse, and Jordan Brand. You’ll collaborate closely with business leaders and HR teammates across Talent Management, Business HR, People Solutions, Total Rewards, Mobility, and more.

What You’ll Work On

Manage end-to-end recruitment for critical GC roles, ensuring an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Partner with HR and business leaders as a trusted advisor on sourcing strategies, assessment, and hiring decisions.

Drive process excellence and compliance in alignment with global TA standards—balancing speed, quality, and scalability.

Champion Nike’s talent philosophy to strengthen culture and capabilities with every hire.

Elevate candidate experience by proactively solving challenges, optimizing communication, and refining touchpoints.

Act as a talent ambassador of Nike’s brand, values, and culture across internal and external engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Own requisitions across corporate functions (e.g., Commercial, Digital, Operations), including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding coordination.

Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, market mapping, and events.

Leverage market intelligence to inform sourcing strategies and influence stakeholder decisions.

Facilitate structured interviews and assessments; coach interviewers on best practices and consistency.

Maintain accurate, compliant records in the applicant tracking system; produce regular hiring metrics and insights.

Collaborate with HR partners (TM, PS, TR) on workforce plans, leveling, compensation guidance, and mobility considerations.

Contribute to TA projects (e.g., process improvements, tools, DE&I initiatives) that scale impact across GC.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field; or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.

6–8 years of in-house corporate recruiting experience, managing end-to-end hiring processes.

Experience partnering with manager to director-level stakeholders; exposure to senior leadership searches is a plus.

Strong knowledge of recruiting practices, interviewing, and assessment methods; consultative communication skills.

Proven ability to build relationships across levels and deliver results to agreed timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday ATS preferred).

Experience recruiting for commercial roles (sales, marketing, retail, marketplace) is advantageous; digital/e-commerce familiarity is a plus.
