What You Will Do

• You will manage the Process team

• You will define the industrial guidelines (process, equipment, plant layout, etc)

• You will manage and assure the coherence of the industrialization programs within the site perimeter

• You will manage the industrial investments program for its perimeter

• You will be responsible for industrial technologies

• You will coordinate the interfaces between sites, Product Group / Product Line / Regional Operations and the Process Expertise Center

• You will manage the industrial teams (plant, production and industrialization)

• You will coordinate and push standardization program project for product and process

• You will manage and validate industrialization projects, with experts support 

• You will define programs and budget targets

• You will master site industrial performance and deliveries, direct labor, quality and asset utilization
   

What You Should Have

• You have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, but experience in lieu of education will be considered

• You have a minimum of 5+ years of experience managing an engineering group in the automotive or other industrial setting

• You have, preferably, been a Manufacturing Engineer or Process Engineer in the automotive industry
