We will count on you to:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for complex claims, facilitating communication and coordination between clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate claims processing.

  • Oversee the end-to-end claims lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and service level agreements.

  • Analyze claims data and documentation to identify potential issues, risks, or opportunities for process improvement.

  • Provide guidance, training, and support to Claims Advisors and junior team members, fostering their professional development and enhancing team performance.

  • Collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams to resolve escalated claims issues and implement best practices.

What makes you stand out:

  • 3-4 years of experience in claims management, with demonstrated expertise in handling complex claims.

  • Knowledge and experience in Non-life multi-line insurance products.

  • Professional certifications related to insurance or claims management (e.g., AIC, CPCU) are an advantage.
