The role:
We are recruiting for a JDA Support Consultant who is required to work as part of team to support applications at our customers.
Responsibilities:
Take the lead on JDA App Support, ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
Follow incident, problem, and change management processes following ITIL best practices.
Provide leadership from an application perspective, guiding the team.
Supervise DC Migration activities, ensuring successful transitions.
Deliver project tasks efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
Proven JDA Senior-level experience in JDA App Support and related technologies, preferably JDA Discrete 2009 and 2010.
Good knowledge of end to end flows across Inventory and Warehouse Management.
Strong experience in supporting JDA Applications including incident investigation and resolution
Proficiency in Oracle SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Familiarity with MOCA (McHugh Open Component Architecture) for JDA applications.
Ability to communicate within a team and with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage conflict while maintaining positive working relationships.
Strong written, verbal and presentational skills.
Ability to work in an agile environment.
You should have experience in the following areas:
Proven track record of working in a similar role as a JDA Support Consultant
Initiating and driving change, with a strong desire to achieve results.

Self-starter with good team communications skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
