Program Overview

The Comcast internship/co-op program will help you cultivate meaningful relationships, develop strong interpersonal and business skills, gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of a Fortune 40 media and technology company, and receive mentorship opportunities to expand your professional network.

This program immerses students into the daily operation of a contemporary media and technology company while working side-by-side with Comcast’s top innovators. The student becomes an integral part of the Comcast team working on creative, innovative, and thought-provoking projects within various business units.

Role Description

The Intern, Brand Marketing will support the development of best-in-class Integrated Marketing Communications campaigns and event activation plans to drive awareness, consideration, and growth for Comcast Business brand.

Primary activities include collaborating on communications plans, assignments, briefings, conceptual creative development, creative reviews, internal reviews, creative production, trafficking, and coordination of all creative and event activation needs across key business and media segments.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Drives execution excellence by tackling timelines, deliverables and trafficking of creative.

  • Reviews all creative to ensure alignment and consistency with established campaign strategy and messaging.

  • Assists team in creative execution across all media (TV, radio, digital, print, social, etc.)

  • Maintain close alignment with the Senior Director of Brand Partnerships & Experiential to develop highly customized guest experiences targeted to the specific needs of the customer and sports vertical primarily made up of golf activations. 

  • Support with agency briefings and feedback sessions to help deliver end to end event activations, ensuring the program hits key deadlines and stays on budget

  • Assists with multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Follows through to ensure that deadlines are met and deliverables meet specifications.

  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Excellent written/verbal communications skills

  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, organizational and prioritization skills

  • Must be innovative, proactive and a strong team player

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Works well under pressure and tight deadlines

  • Experience with project management of large-scale initiatives

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university

  • Rising Junior or Rising Senior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2025- Spring 2027)

  • Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2025 semester before graduating)

  • Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program- June 2 through August 15, 2025

  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs

  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)

Compensation

Base Pay: $22.00
