Linklaters is a global law firm, with 30 offices in 20 countries worldwide.
Linklaters is a people business. Being best in class in the eyes of our clients means that our people must be exceptional.
We look not only for brilliant minds, but for people who will thrive in our environment: people who love working collaboratively and demonstrate the innovative, efficient, agile, entrepreneurial, and responsible mind-set we aim to bring to every interaction.
Ours is an environment of outperformance. We achieve this not with targets and incentives, but by fostering a positive, supportive, fair, and open atmosphere.
We respect and value difference but insist on inclusivity. We celebrate all aspects of diversity and challenge any form of bias. This is vital to our ability to work as one team, with a common goal.

- Work with the Pro Bono Team (part of the Centre of Excellence) to facilitate the firm's pro bono practice across the region, including supporting lawyers to take part in the firm’s free legal advice programmes and ensuring relevant pro bono policies and processes are implemented across the region.
- Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of sustainability programmes and projects, working with Centre of Excellence colleagues to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Report appropriately on regional sustainability activities, including to CoE colleagues, via internal communications and in direct client engagement
- Represent the firm in external sustainability forums, networks, and conferences.
Your experience
- At least five years’ experience in designing and implementing sustainability-related change strategies in a global or regional professional services environment, preferably in the legal sector.
- A strong track record of collaborating with global or regional stakeholders to develop sustainability roadmaps and define and track key performance indicators that support successful change adoption.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to foster a positive, sustainability-focused change culture across an organisation.
- Strong networking skills and demonstrable experience of overcoming obstacles to implementation through collaborative working and influence rather than direct authority.
What you can expect at Linklaters:
- Exciting and varied responsibilities in an international environment

- Extensive training, additional benefits and employee discounts
