Role and Responsibilities

Roles and responsibilities include, but is not limited to:

• Establish distributor standards and performance KPIs
• Lead Project VINTA implementation
• Strengthen territory management and inventory health
• Conduct Distributor Business Reviews
• Drive productivity and operational compliance

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have/be able to:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–5 years in Sales Operations, Distributor Management, or Trade Sales, preferably in FMCG or consumer electronics distribution industry
• Strong analytical and operational skills
• Experience in SOPs creation and system/process rollout
• Willing to work fully on-site at McKinley Hill, Taguig
