We are recruiting now for multiple passionate, customer focused Personal Care Assistants to join us across our Queensland locations which are at Carina and Kangaroo Point.
As a Personal Care Assistant you will partner with residents to support their daily routine, personal care needs, lifestyle and choices and ensure they feel safe, valued, respected and engaged, as you work as part of a supportive, dedicated team.

Things that work for us:
Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential
6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded
Must be available to work 3 shifts a week on a PPT basis
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records
Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan
National Police Certificate; NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
