, Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to the specified requirements and are aligned with the business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, analyzing business processes, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring the quality and performance of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Develop and implement solutions that align with the business requirements. - Ensure the quality and performance of the applications. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. - Provide technical guidance and support to the team members. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues. - Document the application design, development, and configuration processes. - Conduct testing and debugging of applications. - Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. - Manage project timelines and deliverables. - Communicate project status and updates to the relevant stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM In-House Cash. - Experience in designing, building, and configuring applications. - Strong knowledge of business processes and application requirements. - Experience with SAP FSCM modules and functionalities. - Knowledge of SAP integration with other systems. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA. - Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 development. - Knowledge of SAP ABAP programming language. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FSCM In-House Cash. - A 15 years full time education is required.
