Position Summary

Documenting business requirements, which may include, but are not limited to, process and data flows,

data integration documentation/diagrams, business rules and technical specifications and requirements

tracing.

· Determine and define project scope and objectives and maintain business workflows and processes

· Triaging, resolving, and responding to PRTF and MSY Program issues. Documenting defects, developing

remediation plans, including keeping the documentation updated.

· Auditing and reconciling multiple data files and reports.

· Facilitating meetings to gather requirements or related activities.

· Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

· Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

· Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and

progress

· Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

· Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement•

Required Qualifications

Proven ability to solve problems creatively

· Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

· Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

· Excellent analytical skills

· Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

· Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

· 3-5 years of Project Management experience


Preferred Qualifications
Experience in behavioral health programming and/or systems.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management. Project Management Professional

(PMP) certification preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $91,800.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
