POSITION TITLE: Business Operations New Associate
WORK SETUP: Hybrid
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Acts as intermediary between hiring managers and suppliers
• Coordinate with hiring manager on the demand management for contractors
• Endorses valid candidates to hiring managers for review
• Coordinates with hiring managers and suppliers to schedule TSI with the endorsed candidate
• Coordinates offer negotiation between project taker for the candidate and supplier
• Submits offer of the project to the candidate via the supplier
• Communicates the target start date of the candidate to the project and advise creation of work order in Beeline
• Review and approves requisition work orders created in Beeline
• Reviews the Background Investigation result to confirm no negative finding and coordinates findings with the project
• Reviews the Medical Result for “fit to work” verdict and communicates findings with the
• Manages issues relating to candidates (pre-on-boarding status)
• Tagging of contractor to specific RRD in Abacus CMS as “Joiner/On-board” (specific to TGP demands)
• Generates and submits the TSI Allowance report to Recruitment for pay-out processing
• Assists Operations Lead in creating and implementing Continuous Improvement Initiatives
• Cascade the weekly report for open demands for DCN-ISU to vendors
• Cascade progress updates on demand fulfillment to DCN-ISU Hiring Manager
• Review and approves requisitions and/or work orders created in IQNavigator
• Ensuring compliance to P104 on all requests for third party contractor requirements
• Ensuring reminders are sent to projects on their responsibilities on on and off-boarding contractors
• Handles modifications to work orders and coordinates with stakeholders on timely review, approval and acceptance
• Coordinate with projects and suppliers on contract extensions and facilitate requests for rate increases
• Coordinates with hiring manager and suppliers on the completion of requirements for on-boarding and off-boarding contractors
• Preparation of reports requested by projects and other teams
• Participate on Audit assessments – internal/external
• Adheres to PDC policies on security with regards to usage of Accenture assets such as IT equipment, information assets etc.
• Required to report IT or Non-IT security incidents affecting his area of responsibility and maintains confidentiality of sensitive documents.
• Main POC for pre-Onboarding requirements checking and monitoring.
• Demand Allocator.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 6 months any work experience
• Has good communications skills
• Knowledge in MS office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Background on data analysis skill or have experience in any data analytics field is good to have only, NOT required
