AIG underwriting teams help to find insurance solutions in areas including Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Specialty Lines, Cyber, Multinational Clients, and High Net Worth individuals. How you will create an impact

• Set up overall Casualty business strategy, revenue and GPW growth plan in coordination and consultation with the CEO and President Director
• Oversee underwriting of profitable book of business, adhering to company guidelines within assigned authority
• Manage, develop, motivate and evaluate team and individual performance, in benchmarking with the set team goals and objectives. Make decision in staffing management including rewards and recognition for performance.
• Asses and review market penetration & shares, and AIG Casualty market competitiveness
• Lead the functional business review within the team, track and monitor progress through regular management reporting
• Adjust and recommend refined strategy to address issue and challenges encounter in the field
• Establish and maintain effective relationship with all sales distribution channels including industry association in building awareness, promoting and marketing AIG Casualty product
• Establish effective and impactful collaboration with AIG internal stakeholders in delivering market branding and cross marketing initiatives
• Complete administrative duty requirements as needed as it relates to business plan execution; employee coaching and management; etc.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Having  relevant experience in commercial insurance business development, underwriting and exposure to the Indonesian broker community
• Hold bachelor degree with strong analytical skill
• Demonstrates the ability on strategy development, business plan execution and achievement of results
• Proven people management skill include ability to motivate and develop team
• Good interpersonal skill and client engagement capability
• Detailed knowledge and management of Casualty insurance distribution channels
  Strong communication skills, Producer Managements skills and Relationship Management skills
• PC literacy Competent knowledge of systems and PC applications .
