Summary: As a Product Designer, you will conceptualize, design, and prototype innovative digital or physical products. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, sketching initial concepts, and creating detailed prototypes. You will engage in iterative user testing, gathering feedback to refine product designs, ensuring they meet user needs and expectations. Additionally, you will document the design process and present your findings to stakeholders, contributing to the overall vision and strategy of the product development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate design workshops to encourage creative thinking and innovation. - Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong experience in user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Proficient in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. - Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma. - Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
