About The Role:

 As a Sales Operation at Remitly, you will Manage and accompany the sales & field sales operation process.

This position is a field position that requires daily travels.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Achieving monthly sales targets - maximizing potential with existing customers.

  • Making calls to coordinate meetings

  • Face to Face Interaction with customers 

  • Full responsibility for creating new customers

  • Multitask between different communication channels

  • Provide answers by identifying problems, researching, and guiding the customer through the correct steps

  • Improve customer experience, encourage organic growth & creating engagement

Requirements:

  • Experience in making sales calls & meetings

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese & English – Mandatory.

  • Driver’s license - a must.

  • Availability to work during weekend (working days are Tuesday – Saturday).

  • Excellent communication between customer & department

  • Proficient in all MS Office products

  • Experience in the Payments and Banking industry - Advantage

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
