Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Development and expansion of electrophysiological therapies for the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias
• OR support and application consulting for new and existing customers before, during, and after the procedure, as well as optimal support for physicians and hospital staff in the field of electrophysiology
• Conducting training sessions and actively analyzing needs to further develop the customer and potentially increase sales and market share
• Securing and expanding sales potential in cooperation with the respective team partners
• Developing networks within the healthcare sector with the goal of establishing Medtronic therapies in electrophysiology and across other areas
• Developing, coordinating, and implementing a customer-specific sales strategy, considering the respective market conditions in coordination with the sales employee
• Implementing marketing strategies and campaigns using the account planning tool to plan account strategies, tactics, and actions both short- and long-term
• Documenting all clinical, market, and competitive information, as well as trends and developments, comprehensively, completely, and promptly to management.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Previous experience in the EP field including EP mapping knowledge – MUST
• Degree in electrical or medical engineering, business administration, or a natural science field (B.A./B.Sc., M.A./M.Sc., Diploma)
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in common PC tools
• Independent, self-reliant thinking and action, as well as a strong sense of responsibility.
