Job Title: Program Manager, Synergy Partner Software Sales

The Job 

The AVEVA – Schneider Electric Synergy partnership, across the various perspectives, is a collaborative initiative between both businesses aimed at enhancing business operations activities and program management efforts between the two companies.

This synergy focuses on orchestrating and improving sales, presales, and sales operations to support a successful deployment of OEM and related programs into Schneider Electric leveraging the strengths of both companies, fostering innovation and adaptability in the market.

As a Program Manager, you will:

  • Engage with diverse teams and departments to understand and support various company programs, ensuring smooth sales and program operations.
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal teams and partners, to develop a deep understanding of the Schneider Electric dedicated operations
  • Develop and own guide documents for partner bookings, delivery, fulfilment, financial steps, and ensure operational health.
  • Keep the business enabled and engaged on how to sell AVEVA products, services and solutions through OEM and related programs
  • Work across multiple internal and external stakeholder groups to drive adoption and measure impact of Strategic Partner programmes and initiatives
  • Utilize cutting-edge tools and software to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Gain hands-on experience in sales operations and program management.

Key responsibilities

  • Sales Operations: Gain hands-on experience in sales operations and program management.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales operations, finance, legal, license fulfilment, technical support, and other teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality partner experience.
  • Partner Engagement: Engage with diverse teams and departments to understand and support various company programs, ensuring smooth sales and program operations.
  • Documentation: Write guide documents for partner bookings, delivery, fulfilment, financial steps, and ensure operational health.
  • Tool Utilization: Utilize cutting-edge tools and software to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives.

Essential requirements

  • Experienced in program/ product management roles, ideally with a commerical and sales focus
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in analysing data and making informed decisions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various and new software and tools
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well with others.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude for identifying issues and developing creative solutions.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team, with the ability to work with people of different cultures and backgrounds.
  • Result oriented: Proven experience of high-quality delivery, taking personal accountability and driving initiatives through to completion

Desired skills

  • Experience in industrial software / industrial automation is a plus
  • French language skills may be beneficial
  • Salesforce experience
