Senior Marine & Audit Manager

At Svitzer, in Copenhagen, we are looking for a Senior Marine & Audit Manager to lead our Global Marine and Audit team and drive operational assurance across the organisation. You will report to the Global Head of HSSEQ & Marine Standards, Stephan Martinussen, and work closely with regional and local teams to ensure our vessels and crews meet the highest standards of safety and performance.

More about the role
As Senior Marine & Audit Manager, you will serve as the Centre of Excellence for Marine Operations, defining operational standards and supporting global, regional, and local teams. You will lead a geographically dispersed team of marine auditors, ensuring consistent, high-quality audit practices across all regions. In addition, you will act as the functional training principal and deliver external towage training to clients.
The estimated number of travel days is up to 50 days per year globally.
