JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primary Objective:
To support the pharmaceutical distribution of finished goods by analyzing data, generating reports, managing ERP documentation, verifying claims, and ensuring timely coordination with distributors and internal teams. The role also includes maintaining compliance, supporting audits, and ensuring accurate and timely information flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and publish daily operational and analytical reports.
- Compile distributor-level reports using ERP-extracted data.
- Maintain and update records of Drug Sales Licenses for all distributors.
- Post and manage documentation in the ERP system.
- Verify credit/debit notes and service bills for accuracy.
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions.
- Coordinate with the Trade Team for collection and verification of distributor trade offer claims.
- Ensure proper documentation for FOC (Free of Cost) issuance for quarterly audits.
- Manage timely issuance of shelf rental claims.
- Liaise with Finance for resolution of queries and timely posting of credit notes.
- Ensure compliance with departmental SOPs.
- Manage TMS, inventory movement, and IMS reports.
- Maintain SKU pricing records with batch-wise details and update prices upon management approval.
- Analyze historical sales data to identify trends and performance drivers.
- Enhance sales forecasting models using advanced Excel techniques.
- Develop automated dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize sales strategies.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
